BLIND SUNDAE
Blind Sundae are what I would describe as a heavy metal band and I am not supposed to like heavy metal. But watching these lads play even in the sound check at the Egypt Cottage, I had to question why I am not supposed to like heavy metal and who made that rule up. Then I realised it is not the style of music that matters it is the quality and suddenly one song into their sound check I decided I did like heavy metal after all.These lads are good and they enjoy playing, infact they enjoy it so much they did 3 gigs in 24 hours.A good solid set that had every head in the room nodding with approval with a long ripple of applause combined with whistles after every song.Cracking set of lads too, but then again they are from Ashington so I knew they would be.
