NEW HUMANS
When your sick of going to see bands that go through the motions, when you have paid £25 to see some blokes reliving past glory ,and not really enjoying themselves, get out and come to the next gig with the NEW HUMANS and they will remind you of what pop punk is supposed to be, absolute power, absolute fun and great new songs.!! the Egypt Cottage is a hard place to get an atmosphere ,and on a rainy Sunday afternoon when not many turn up, its harder still, but John and the lads played their hearts out to a dozen people when we called in to see them to arrange one of the Ska monkey gigs. with a set of songs that evoke but don’t copy The Stranglers, the Cars, Talking Heads, The Jam, and all those bands that could write a good tune and still had attitude enough to be labelled NEW WAVE in the late 70s,the new humans could entertain any music loving crowd.
